Short version: we only collect what you send us so we can reply, and we do not sell it. Last updated 6 August 2026.
When you fill in the contact form or email us, we receive what you provide: your name, company, email, phone number, preferred way to be reached, an optional revenue band, and whatever you tell us about your business. If you book a call, our scheduling provider handles the time and contact details for that booking.
We use your details to reply, to understand whether an audit is a fit, and to prepare for a call. That is the whole list. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers that help us run the business — for example email and scheduling — who only handle it on our behalf.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics later to see which pages are useful, we will describe it here.
We keep what you send for as long as we are in touch about working together, and a reasonable period after. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time — just email us and we will take care of it.
